Announcement of the Meeting of the Doctoral Student Council Parliament – May 2025

Dear Colleagues,

I inform you that on 21 May at 7:30 PM a meeting of the Doctoral Student Council Parliament will take place.
The meeting will be held on the Teams platform.

Proposed agenda:

1. Opening of the meeting.
2. Vote on the appointment of the secretary.
3. Vote on supplementing the membership of the Audit Committee.
4. Information regarding the submitted request for an increase in scholarships.
5. Report on the meeting concerning dormitory fee arrangements.
6. Presentation of the new draft version of the Doctoral Student Code of Ethics.
7. Discussion of the action strategy for the Doctoral School Open Day.
8. Any other business and discussion of current matters.
9. Closing of the meeting.
