Permissions to Use Additional Services in Microsoft Applications

Dear Colleagues,

You may have already encountered difficulties in using additional services for various Microsoft applications, such as the Mendeley Cite add-in by Elsevier. Thanks to our early request submitted to the IT Support Department, we managed to diagnose and resolve this issue.

We are pleased to inform you that doctoral accounts have now been granted the necessary permissions so that everyone can install additional services from the software provider’s store without difficulty. Should you still experience any problems in this regard, please do not hesitate to contact us or the IT Support Department directly.
